The PMP® exam is a computer-based exam with a time limit of two hours. The exam is taken at authorized testing centers. Candidates must qualify in order to sit for the exam. Individuals who hold
a four-year bachelor's degree (or global equivalent) and have three years of project management experience are required to have 4,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects and 35
hours of education in project management. People with a high school diploma (or global equivalent) and five years of experience in project management are required to show 7,500 hours of experience
leading and directing projects as well as 35 hours of project management education.

PMBOK® Guide Knowledge Areas and Process Groups
