If your company has a support contract with LearnSmart, customer service is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST (-5 GMT). For your convenience, international contact information is available for customers outside of the United States. Note: Phone support is provided with corporate support contracts or will be billed on a per incident basis.
