Heres what it takes to get your vouchers through this promotion:

Full Instructions

• To make sure you get the “freshest” voucher possible, vouchers are provided one-at-a-time.
• Train for your first exam with LearnSmart Video Training and LearnSmart Practice Exams.
• To receive your voucher, simply make a voucher request by submitting the voucher request documentation provided with your training. Minimum payment amount greater than or equal to the price of first requested voucher must be paid prior to initial voucher fulfillment. Additional minimum payment required for subsequent voucher fulfillment (see Account Standing) See form here.
• LearnSmart will send you a Gift Card that you may use on our web site toward an exam voucher (Your Gift Card will remain active for 60 days).
• If eligible for multiple vouchers, you may request your next voucher once you’ve passed your previous exam. A passing score on your previous exam is required for each voucher (except the first). One voucher provided per exam max.
• A maximum of one voucher may be requested per month.
• Availability subject to exam vouchers carried by LearnSmart. No guarantee written or expressed regarding the availability of vouchers.
• All voucher fulfillment requests waive eligibility for returns, refunds, exchanges, Pass Guarantee and chargeback.
• Purchaser must provide signed acceptance of all terms and conditions, restrictions and eligibility requirements of this promotion and the LearnSmart Use Agreement at www.learnsmartsystems.com/termsofuse
• Signed Order Verification Form required for all gift card redemptions for voucher.

• Purchaser may only be eligible for one promotional incentive per purchase. Purchasers who have accepted another promotional incentive are not eligible for this promotion.

• Gift Card will cover the price of purchase of voucher at www.learnsmartsystems.com
• Gift Card may be used for other eligible LearnSmart product or merchandise
• Gift Card does not cover additional expenses, including taxes, fees and/or shipping and handling
• Gift Card is valid for 60 days. After 60 days, Gift Card will expire. LearnSmart is not responsible for unused or unredeemed Gift Cards
• Please allow four to six weeks for Gift Card fulfillment
• Gift Card is non-transferable
