Official Rules

• No purchase necessary
• The Sweepstakes begins July 27, 2011 and ends September 27, 2011.
• Sweepstakes limited to U.S residents only. PrepLogic employees (and their families) and affiliates are disqualified from entrance. Must be 18 or older to enter.
• Entry is limited to one per customer per social media account (Either Facebook and/or Twitter). A “like” on Facebook qualifies for one (1) entry and a “follow” on Twitter qualifies for one (1) entry. Entrants can have up to two (2) entries in the Social Media Sweepstakes. Winner(s) will be chosen at random from a list of all eligible entries. Entrants with two (2) entries (Facebook and Twitter) will appear twice on the eligible entry list. Winner(s) qualified entries will be verified upon drawing. Inactive accounts (i.e. not eligible for awarded point) will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen. Limit one (1) Prize per entrant.
• Tampering: Any attempt to automate entries or tamper with the sweepstakes will be grounds for disqualification.
• PrepLogic, LLC is not responsible for circumstances out of the control of PrepLogic that interfere or otherwise hinder availability of sweepstakes, including but not limited to server issues, ISP issues, natural disasters, tampering or any other circumstance not listed herein.

• Odds depend on the number of entries received and number of qualified entries (see Entry Terms above) per entrant. Drawing is random.
• The Grand Prize, a two-year subscription to Ultimate Access, is valued at $2,495.00. The 2nd Place Prize is an Amazon Kindle valued at $139 (1 per winner, 5 winners total). The 3rd Place Prize is an iPod Nano valued at $149 (1 per winner, 5 winners total). There is no available cash substitute.
• Winner(s) responsible for any shipping costs associated with prizes.
• In the case of a prize not being claimed, a new winner will be selected at random.
• Winner(s) name will be announced on website and social media sites.
• Winner(s) will be notified via email or phone. Winner(s) will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release which releases sponsors from liability in connection with the winner's use of any prize and permits the sponsors to use the winner's name to promote the contest where permitted by law.
• Winner(s) responsible for following all local, state and federal tax laws regarding their prize.
• All prizes will be awarded.
• There will be no transferring of prizes. Substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is not permitted.
