Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for opening and closing new sales via telephone using provided leads for high quality certification and skills training.​ Position entails selling or introducing new products to established or prospective clients. The position also entails building a rapport with customers, taking orders and communicating pertinent information to customers. The primary duties involve tracking and following up on leads.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales pipeline
  • Identifying decision maker amongst the targeted leads in order to start the sales process
  • Making follow up calls to qualify future sales
  • Maintain record of sales activity
  • Perform volume outbound calls
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals of diverse backgrounds
  • Outbound account management
  • Attending sales group meetings, training sessions
  • Coordinating with customer service for status on orders
  • Providing effective product demos for end-user customers
  • Emphasizing services or product features and benefits, discussing terms and conditions, pricing and preparing sales order forms

Corporate Account Executive

In order to meet this demand we are seeking to expand our Corporate sales team.

This exciting position will maximize your sales skills and provide substantial financial rewards.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:

  • In this position, you will identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing business.
  • Understand prospective client's business objectives and customized solutions to training needs.
  • Proven outside sales experience, ideally with software and/or Software as a Service.
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques and pricing proposals.
  • Comfortable and Confident calling at the CIO, CFO, & CEO levels of target companies.
  • Act as the primary interface between Company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements.
  • Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity.
  • Exceptional communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on active listening with goal of presenting appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager - Software and Software as a Service sales experience is preferred
  • Aggressive in nature, consistently meeting sales targets
  • Solid understanding of business, sales processes and recruitment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple client and contractor relationships
  • Strong communication, organizations & presentation skills are essential
  • Solid business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset needed
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, as well as critical thinking skills needed

Channel Sales Manager

The LearnSmart Channel Sales Manager is responsible for building strong LearnSmart brands with existing and new distribution channels, and achieving profitable sales of these product brands in North America. The Channel Sales Manager will develop and execute the plans to create demand for uniquely positioned products in the LearnSmart portfolio.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:

  • Develop channel strategies thru sales data and competitive analysis to increase share of wallet, decrease churn rates, improve customer loyalty, and improve brand value and awareness.
  • Determine proper channel segmentation as it relates to customer profile.
  • Identify opportunities for new channel partner development.
  • Develop and coordinate distribution channel promotions, rebate programs, etc. to build demand and increase inventory turns while maintaining brand value.
  • Work closely with marketing communications to ensure marketing literature, website postings, press releases, advertisements and other marketing collateral are consistent and appropriate for the promotion of LearnSmart products to all channel partners.
  • Work closely with the sample departments to ensure the appropriateness of quality and availability as it relates to product samples.
  • Take an active role in coordinating training of distribution sales personnel to effectively position LearnSmart and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Communicate to external distribution customers all changes related to specific LearnSmart brands.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:

  • 6-8 Years experience in distribution channel development.
  • Strong project management skills. Deadline driven.
  • Creative marketer and negotiator.
  • Experience in building strong brands across multiple customer segments.
  • Ability to analyze/interpret sales data and utilize to develop business opportunities.
  • Able to travel in both the USA and Canada as required.
